Day 2 of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week has come and gone and the collections did not disappoint. Let's go through my favorites of the day, shall we?
Jewelry line Dannijo had a presentation last night after I posted my review of Day 1. It was too amazing to leave out of today's post. The line is designed by sisters Danielle and Jodie and I was fortunate enough to take a seminar with them and speak with them at Teen Vogue Fashion University this past October. Their concept was "#boxerina" fully equipped with a boxing ring, tutus, and pointe shoes. WGSN described it as "Grace meets gusto and feminine meets fun." If Dannijo wasn't on your radar before, you need to have them on it now!

Rebecca Vallance was not originally on my "must watch" list, but after seeing her pieces she definitely should have been. She had a presentation in the Hub this morning and I thought her collection was beautiful. Winter whites and sheers were on display for her Fall 2014 Ready to Wear collection. The pieces were simple, chic and very easy to translate from "runway to reality." Love love love it!

Carmen Marc Valvo had his show at the Theatre. He showed a lot of metallics and beaded embellishments. Some described his woman as going to battle with armor on. Very cool. You know I love a strong woman.

Nautica was next at the Salon and the men looked as if they were off to compete in slope style in Sochi. They must have gotten word that snowboarders have stolen many hearts because the men were wearing big coats, goggles and boots. No complaints over here. The Nautica men always impress. Grab a tissue, you're going to need one to wipe the drool off your chin.

Rebecca Minkoff was at the Theatre with her Fall/Winter 2014 collection. She had over-the-knee boots and a new taken on the beanie: furry, big and bright. A lot of her pieces seemed to be inspired by menswear, which I loved, because they were big, boxy shapes.

That's a wrap on Day 2! Which look are you most ready to rock?
I think mine is the sheer socks and heels from Misha Nonoo.
